Our animals are so magical, healing and important to us! They deserve love. I will always treat every one of them like my own baby. My whole life I've been surrounded by animals. I have an affinity for them, and they certainly reciprocate. I currently volunteer with an animal shelter, and I have extensive experience with taking care of animals. Rescue animals have a special place in my heart. They need a unique kind of gentleness and patience that I can give them. Especially shy and timid kitties & doggos I just adore, and want to give them all the love, gentleness and space that they deserve. I've raised & taken care of animals my whole life. I've mothered several litters of kittens, one litter of puppies, many cats and several dogs. I've had a few dozen chickens that I raised from little chicks. Hamsters, parrots, budgies, ducks, lizards, you name it! I've even taken care of cows! I'm thoroughly an animal lover. One of the best compliments I've ever received is that cats love me. Animals are always aware of our feelings and how we communicate that through our behavior. When people are insincere, or not in alignment with their own feelings, it makes them unpredictable. Animals want to see predictability in people's behavior so that they can know that they are safe. Telegraphing your movements and speaking to animals is an essential part of earning their trust. I seek to earn the trust of as many animals as I can. It fulfills me in a way I cannot fully describe. Since I only have cats at home, I still need my daily dose of dog! I would love to be your dog sitting auntie for your sweet pup.

Please let me know relevant health concerns for you and your pet. I am fully vaccinated and I can provide proof of this. I am happy to wear a mask in your home. I am very experienced with providing care to special needs pets. I'm skilled and well versed in administering medication. My goal is always to make sure that I am able to earn their trust before giving them medicine. And to administer it without traumatizing them in the process or causing any undue stress. Their comfortability is of paramount importance to me.

Luna is INCREDIBLE! She is genuinely the BEST catsitter you could ever ask for, and that is not an exaggeration. She treated our cats as if they were her own and showered them with so much love, care, scritches, and play! Luna also takes the greatest pictures (including hilarious action shots) and leaves lengthy updates. I miss our cats so much when we go out of town, but Luna made everything so much easier. If you ever have the privilege of having Luna as your kitty sitter, you can be assured that your cats are in the safest of hands and with a cat expert. Thank you so so much, Luna!!!!!

Luna always takes such wonderful care of Buttons! She communicates promptly and with great detail, and takes the best photos during every check-in. We love knowing we have the happiest, most spoiled little kitty while we're away and so appreciate Luna's kind care and attention!

Schedule
In addition to being a professional pet sitter, I am a freelance writer. I am self employed in that regard and am able to work on my own time. So my schedule is very flexible to take care of your loved ones!
