I've cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities since I was a child. Friends, neighbours and family have always relied on me to feed, walk and look after their pets when they’re away. I’m calm, patient and comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who prefer slower, relaxed walks and plenty of company. I’m also an avid hiker and love exploring the beautiful area I’m lucky enough to live in. I enjoy getting outside and giving dogs the chance to properly stretch their legs, whether that’s a gentle local walk or a longer adventure for more energetic dogs. I always tailor walks to the individual dog’s needs, age and energy level so they get the right balance of exercise and care. I currently only have to work a few hours in the evenings, which means I’m available during the day and most weekends. I’m reliable, flexible and happy to stick to your dog’s usual routine so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

Luke was so lovely and it was a genuine pleasure to see him bond with my dog and treat her as if she were his own. My dog Juno was happy and exhausted when we picked her up (a fantastic sign!) and it was genuinely touching to see that Luke seemed sad to say goodbye— will definitely make sure she gets to hang out with him again.
Luke was really friendly and reassuring straight away, and had such a kind and lovely manner with my cat. Luke knew I was a bit nervous about leaving him and sent me pictures, videos and updates non-stop! My cat hid behind the sofa for a while at first but it was clear from the videos that Luke sent that Luke worked really hard to make my cat feel comfortable, and they were best mates in no time! Will definitely be in touch with Luke again the next time I need a cat sitter. Thanks Luke!
Luke was amazing at looking after Bean when we were let down last minute by another sitter. He kept us constantly updated throughout our time away with lots of videos so we never had to worry about him! Followed all of our instructions for Bean (which were quite a lot!😅) Bean had a great time with Luke and will deffo be returning! Honestly can’t recommend Luke enough!
Luke was great, he was enthusiastic and friendly and clearly gave them both lots of fuss and attention which they love. He was happy to stick with their usual routines and their little quirks were no problem which was very reassuring as an overprotective dog owner :)
Would just like to say thanks luke for everything you’ve done for sampson. He’s gonna miss you now your back in Liverpool but would love to see you when your back in Manchester. Hopefully find someone as top as you were with him. Cheers

Schedule
I pick and choose my hours as my job is essentially just talking on the phone, so it’s pretty easy to manage care. Playing games, long walks, cuddles on the sofa ect. The area is great for long and short walks and I usually plan a few longer ones a week ahead of time. I'm open to suggestions for interesting places.

Owners instructions above all else. I’m able to care for pets in my home as I don't have to leave the house for work. There are so many nice areas nearby for walks which is a part of my routine regardless. I have a decent sized fenced back garden and a lot of room for the animal I'm caring for to play in.
A typical day
I go on bike rides and walks in the area daily. I like finding places I’ve never been and going for an explore, listed buildings and landmarks for example. The local area is a convenient adventure starter.
