Pet care experience
Kind, caring, dachshund Dad!
I have been with my dog Sophie for 8 years and have loved every second of taking care of her! I have also taken care of a rescue dachshund for several months and helped give him a happier demeanour so he was happier when back with his owner. I have a good understanding and feeling for how to make dogs happy and know when something’s up and what to do to solve any issues.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fence in my back garden so any dogs would be safe there and our neighbourhood is generally quiet. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

Schedule
I am available to do dog walks any time 9-5 during the week, and am fairly flexible with weekday evenings and weekends! I am autistic/ADHD, so having around 1-2 days notice is helpful, otherwise I’m very flexible!
- 0 to 7 kg7 to 18 kg18 to 45 kgover 45 kgLuke can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I should take into account. My preference is for small to medium sized breeds, dachshunds and cocker spaniels are my favourites, but I can also walk bigger breeds and am flexible in that regard!
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
