I have been taking care of pets in the area since July of 2023. In that time, I have completed over 500 walks, drop ins, and sittings for dogs and cats in Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Port Richmond, and beyond. Any opportunity for me to spend time with pets is one that I cherish, and I also deeply understand the responsibility. I’ve had pets all my life. Growing up, my family had 4 dogs (as many as two at one time) as well as a cat. The dogs ranged widely in care requirements and temperament, from a big and territorial Dalmatian to a born-blind miniature dachshund (she was probably as territorial as the Dal, to be honest). Since my parents worked, I was often responsible for walking, feeding, and playing with our dogs. Since moving away, I have two cats of my own that I care for and I am the go-to friend for dog sitting. I’ve dog sat primarily for mid to large dogs (GSP, Rhodesian Ridgeback). Generally, I have a deep love and respect for dogs and have been surrounded by dogs all my life. I will do my utmost to ensure that your dog receives the best care from me, regardless of the situation.
