I am currently on summer break and my weekly schedule is extremely flexible. The only constant part of my schedule is going to church from 10 to 12 on Sundays and occasional camping trips with my family on weekends. Other than this I am willing to give 24/7 attention to all fur babies that need it.

I currently have 3 dogs of my own and I understand that every fur baby is unique and needs special treatment. Some can be left to run in the yard for hours and others need an eye on them at all times. Some can eat snacks straight from my hand and others have special diets. I understand that dogs are creatures of habit. A missing owner can be stressful for a dog and a change in routine can make things even worse. I can do whatever is needed to help keep some sense of normalcy for your pet.

Please let me know about your yard situation. Personally I have a lot of land and my dogs know where it ends, so I can just open the door and let them run through the woods, but I understand some people have smaller yards and may need their dogs tied up or on a leash all the time. Also please let me know how your dog communicates and what signs it gives when it wants something. I like to listen to what a dog wants and knowing what body expression they use can help a lot.

I believe each dog is different and requires their own routine, but generally speaking I let them run around the yard for around 10 to 30 minutes every hour if they want to. I also occasionally go on a walk at around 5 to 6.

I've had experience caring for the pets of friends for years and they've always been pleased. In high school, the only electives I found interesting and took were animal care and veterinary course. I am currently majoring in Wildlife Biology and Zoology at Liberty University to follow a career in animal care, rescue, or research. All in all, animals and their well being is my passion in life.

Luke is so good with our senior dog! He's gentle and reliable and we trust him to stay at our home.
Luke watched our three dogs while we were away and he was amazing. 10/10 recommend those needing someone to watch their dogs especially during a long vacation, Luke is your person!
