Luke has been looking after our three dachshunds for the past couple of years, so he knows them and their individual personalities very well. He has cared for them on a number of occasions, most recently staying at our house with them for 10 full days and nights while we were away in Canada. They are all quite different — one is nervous, one is loud and needs plenty of fuss and attention, and one is extremely greedy and needs keeping in check. Luke is calm and patient with all three, follows their routines and instructions carefully, walks them, and keeps us updated while we are away. The dogs genuinely love him and always settle well in his care. Knowing how well he knows them meant that, even while we were away for a long holiday, we didn't worry about them at all and were completely confident they were being looked after as well as they would be if we were at home. We would definitely recommend Luke to anyone looking for a reliable, competent and genuinely caring dog sitter.
