I’m a student at the University of Utah, but I grew up in San Diego and I’m back home for summer break with full availability. Pet sitting fits perfectly into my routine, and it also helps me cover my college expenses while doing something I genuinely enjoy.

It’s important to let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs, medications, or is a difficult pill‑taker so I can plan properly. I’m very comfortable with dogs who need extra care — I previously had a Great Dane with multiple health issues — and I’m happy to follow any routine your pup requires.
A typical day
A typical day consists of several long or short walks depending on your dog’s needs, plus plenty of playtime both inside and in the yard. I keep dogs engaged, supervised, and comfortable throughout the day so they get the perfect balance of exercise, attention, and relaxation.

Animals have always been a part of my family, and I have cared for dogs of every size and personality—from tiny puppies to Great Danes, Greyhounds, Pitbulls, and mixed breeds. I regularly help friends and neighbors with their pups as well, giving me hands‑on experience with all ages, temperaments, and energy levels.

Luka was an outstanding dog sitter! We met him right here on Rover and I could tell he was a dog lover and a trustworthy guy from the start! He stayed in our home over spring break and took excellent care of our 10-year-old beagle-poodle mix. He was a great communicator, sending regular updates and photos that gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a very happy, well cared for doggy and a tidy, secure house. Luka followed all instructions carefully - medication, treats, and feeding schedule, keeping everything consistent in the comfort of our home. We highly recommend Luka for both pet care and house sitting, and we look forward to working with him again!
