Animals have always been a part of my family, and I have cared for dogs of every size and personality—from tiny puppies to Great Danes, Greyhounds, Pitbulls, and mixed breeds. I regularly help friends and neighbors with their pups as well, giving me hands‑on experience with all ages, temperaments, and energy levels.

I’ve also cared for dogs who need extra attention or specific routines, thanks to growing up with a Great Dane who required detailed daily care. Luka was an outstanding dog sitter! We met him right here on Rover and I could tell he was a dog lover and a trustworthy guy from the start! He stayed in our home over spring break and took excellent care of our 10-year-old beagle-poodle mix. He was a great communicator, sending regular updates and photos that gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a very happy, well cared for doggy and a tidy, secure house. Luka followed all instructions carefully - medication, treats, and feeding schedule, keeping everything consistent in the comfort of our home. I highly recommend Luka as a pet sitter. He has been my primary and most trusted pet sitter for two large dogs over many years whenever I traveled, starting when he was just 14. Both of my dogs were rescues, each with their own quirks, behavioral sensitivities, and ongoing medical needs. He handled everything from medications and special feeding routines to managing anxiety triggers and maintaining consistent training and structure. I never once worried while I was away, because I knew my dogs were not only safe, but genuinely cared for. Luka easily connects with animals. He’s naturally affectionate, patient, and intuitive, and animals seem to trust him almost immediately. He doesn’t just “watch” pets, he forms real bonds with them and treats them like family. Any pet owner would be lucky to have him care for their animals. I trust him completely, and so do my dogs.🐾

Schedule
I’m a student at the University of Utah, but I grew up in San Diego and I’m back home for summer break with full availability. Pet sitting fits perfectly into my routine, and it also helps me cover my college expenses while doing something I genuinely enjoy.
