Hi! I’m Luisa, a lifelong animal lover based in South West London. 🐾 I offer dog walking, home visits, dog sitting and boarding, with care tailored to your pet’s usual routine and personality. For walks, I’m happy to explore the parks and green spaces around Balham and South West London or stick to familiar routes. Home visits can include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime and plenty of cuddles — and I’m also very happy to care for cats and other pets. For sitting and boarding, I want your dog to feel relaxed and at home, with their normal feeding, walking and sleeping routine followed as closely as possible. Safety is really important to me, so I always like to arrange a meet-and-greet before a first booking to learn about your pet’s routine, personality and any special requirements. I’ll also send regular messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. 📸❤️

Luisa was great! She popped into our home for four days and she sent us check-in and photo updates daily of our three cats. One has lots of medications which she handled easily. We came home to three very happy cats with our mail brought in too! I found her very reliable and easy to chat with. Definitely recommend!
I rarely leave negative reviews but unfortunately this time I must. Before the pet sit period started, we met and discussed everything that needed to be done and agreed the pet sit. On the first day, Luisa messaged me saying she would arrive to my flat at 5pm, then edited the message to say 5.30pm, despite us agreeing beforehand that the visits needed to be in the morning. Some flexibility was acceptable but within the morning, by coming so late in the evening Rafah stayed without food and clean water for several hours. On that same first day, when I asked her why the change, Luisa also said that she had a busy morning at home and wasn't sure whether Rafah would come back inside on time for her to go back to work, but I had made clear that Rafah must not be let outside while me and my partner are away for a number of reasons (other cats stealing her food and safety concerns of leaving the window/door open indefinitely as Rafah comes back in on her terms, just to name a few). When I reminded her this, Luisa said she got confused with another pet she was looking after those days, who was allowed outside for half hour. I was away travelling in another country several timezones away with minimal internet (I gave Luisa my partner's contact in case she needed a quick reply) and this gave me considerable anxiety, on top of the anxiety and probably hunger Rafah experienced too. Feeling like I had no other choice, I reminded Luisa what needed to be done, and the remaininh days of the pet sit went fine and Luisa provided updates. When my partner came back home, he found the kitchen/living area in a messy state (the water filter opened up, clothes and other objects thrown around, the cutting board clearly been used, dirty cutlery in and around the sink). This behaviour is beyond unacceptable; it's distressing for both the pet and owners, and there was never an apology. This wasn't deserved money and I certainly wouldn't recommend her.
Hi, Luisa is a responsible, competent, trustworthy & caring person who loves animals. She also has a cat of her own who she loves & cares for. Her cat is happy & well adjusted indicating its environment. I highly recommend Luisa to look after & care for your pets.
Luisa is great with cats. I know she has a beautiful cat of her own who she dotes over. I've had her look after my three when I've been on holiday and she is excellent with them. They are particularly tricky customers and don't tend to warm to people, but she is patient and gentle with them and now they love her like she's one of the family. Everything is always lovely and neat when I come back, and one of the cats is on medication, which she was able to handle without a single issue. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, allowing me to provide consistent, reliable care and plenty of attention. I plan my day around each cat’s feeding schedule, playtime, and any specific needs they may have. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit or spending quality time keeping them company, I make sure every cat receives the care, affection, and routine they’re used to\. My goal is to help them feel relaxed and happy while you’re away.
