I had a great experience with Luisa. She was incredibly sweet, responsible, and attentive with me and Lupa. While I was at work, she kept me updated by sending pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Lupa was happy and well cared for. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!!!

I cannot recommend Luisa C. highly enough! A few months ago, I had to travel to South America and was extremely worried about leaving my beloved cat of 10 years in someone else’s care. My cat is very particular. she has specific dietary needs and is very protective of her routine. From the very beginning, Luisa put my mind at ease. I visited her home beforehand and everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. During my trip, Luisa took impeccable care of my cat. She made sure her litter box was kept perfectly clean, gave her food exactly as needed every day, and even managed to purchase extra of my cat’s special gourmet food when I miscalculated the supply. My cat is very picky and independent, and yet by the second or third day, she was calm, happy, and completely comfortable with Luisa. Luisa sent me regular videos and updates, and I could see that my cat was relaxed and content—something that meant the world to me. When I returned home after more than two weeks, my cat was calm and not anxious at all. She didn’t even immediately come to me at first, which showed just how comfortable she had been with Luisa. It was clear that my furry companion had been truly loved and cared for. If I had to travel again, I would leave my cat with Luisa without a second thought. Her love for animals, attentiveness, and professionalism are extraordinary. Five stars wouldn’t even be enough—I would give her ten if I could! Luisa is a gem, and any pet would be lucky to have her care.
