Dog-loving couple in Pimlico 🐾
Hi there! We’re Luisa and Max — a pet-loving couple based right in the heart of Pimlico. We’ve both been surrounded by animals all our lives and can’t imagine a home without furry company. I grew up with two wonderful terriers — a Yorkie and a Westie (who’s still full of personality today!) — and my dad recently welcomed a lively Australian Shepherd to the family. Max, on the other hand, grew up with an energetic Jack Russell. Between us, we’ve looked after dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments — from playful puppies to mellow seniors. Beyond our family pets, we regularly dog-sit for friends who travel abroad, many from our international community here in London. It’s been a joy to care for their pups as if they were our own — providing company, playtime, and plenty of affection. I also have years of experience caring for my show-jumping horse, so responsibility, patience, and attention to animal needs are second nature to me. Since we travel often to visit our families (and our first furry friends!), we’re not in a position to have a dog of our own right now — but that just means we pour all our love into caring for yours. ❤️

Booked this in advance for months but after I dropped my dog off, unfortunately, her partner was allergic to my dog, and I was flying out of the country for a week. Spent all day and night on my holiday without success (on Rover) to find another sitter on a last minute notice for 7 days dog sitting. Someone was available for 2 days here and there which was not good for my dog to change a dog sitter every 2 days. Very stressful. She dropped my dog off and offered full refund.
Luisa was great! Super responsive to messages to set up the booking, really flexible, and looked after Loki really well. He came back very happy. Would definitely book with Luisa again!
Luisa was an absolute godsend! She stepped in at short notice and walked Lady for a week. She was amazing with Lady, so caring, reliable and brilliant with dogs. I felt completely at ease knowing Lady was in such good hands and will 100% be booking her again. Thank you so much, Luisa! 🐾
Luisa was an absolute pleasure to work with! Our pup Maya had a great time with her and her partner while we were out of town and constantly shared updates and pictures. 10/10, will definitely be booking again. 🙂
Luisa has been great with my old boy Trev, he is an elderly dog who needs lots of care and some medication and she is amazing with him!! He adores her and I always feel he is in good hands when I need Luisa to look after him. Shes my go to sitter and I would recommend her to anyone x
Luisa was wonderful with my senior terrier, Chanel! She stayed at her place for a few days, and Luisa and Mac took amazing care of her. Chanel needs short walks and a bit of extra attention, and Luisa handled everything perfectly. She was patient, gentle, and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. When I picked her up, she was happy and relaxed. Highly recommend Luisa if you’re looking for someone kind and dependable to look after your pup.

Schedule
Both of us work from home, which means your pet will always have company and supervision throughout the day. We’re flexible with walking times and can easily accommodate your pup’s usual walk routine.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s comfort and safety are our top priorities. We own our flat in Pimlico, which we’ve designed to be pet-friendly: no carpet and a generous balcony for fresh air during the day. Because we’ve been on the other side, leaving our pets in someone else’s care, we truly understand how important peace of mind is. We’ll tailor our care to your dog’s personality and needs. We’re also happy to send as many updates, photos, and videos as you’d like while you’re away, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is happy, loved, and in experienced hands.
A typical day
I have extensive experience with both energetic and senior dogs. Expect full-time care and as many picture updates as you’d like! Both my partner and I enjoy taking them on walks, especially with the community garden being just outside our building.
