Hi! Im Luis & I have over 10+ years experience with caring and loving for doggies. Former Marine , just absolutely love not only caring for dogs, but also ensuring strong client service for dog parents so that they are assured that their pup is great hands while they are away. Right now I am only doing walks and house sitting at clients home for now while I get my own house squared away.

Our dog's bed was chewed up. He has been to so many dog sitters before and this had never happened. The couple had no idea how that happened. They folded up the bed and put it in a bag. We discovered it when we reached home. When we called them, they said they had no clue how it happened and offered to pay us for the bed. It was not about the bed. We were concerned that they had no idea how it happened. They assumed we gave a torn up bed. We will not be bringing our dog to them.
Very unpleasant experience. They left my dog unsupervised and she chewed off some cables they had for a fan and another electronic device (damages totaling $110, according to them). They message me one night while I was abroad that my dog would have to be picked up next morning by a relative or friend. I told them I did not have a relative in town, and that I would be back the following day as we had agreed to pick her up. I offered and did pay for all the damages even though my dog could have gotten electrocuted. Well, they threaten to call the pound and have my dog taken away because of their own carelessness. One of my friends was finally able to pick up the phone and was able to pick her up. All of this that I had to manage last minute with flimsy expensive phone service in the middle of the Caribbean. Would not recommend.
For anyone looking for a sitter you must go with this couple. They exceeded my expectations and they will be the only dog sitters I use here on out. I was new to Rover and hesitant to use it, but they turned me into a forever client !
