I always try to schedule a meet and greet with you and your pet before each sitting. That way, your pup or kitty knows I’m a trusted human friend. Being able to reassure you that my sitting and walking will be as safe and enjoyable as possible is my biggest priority during a meet and greet. Some information I would like to know includes: -Feeding schedule -Walk schedule -Is your pup house trained? -Does your pet need any medications, have dietary restrictions, or any other health needs? -Any previous injuries or physical restrictions to consider when playing or waking? -Preferred communication method and daily photos/updates requests -Commands or training I need to reinforce? -Any behavior triggers? Stressors? How can I make your fur baby’s vacation as fun as possible? -Will you need any other house services- for example, watering plants or taking trash out? -Anything I need to know to keep the home as safe and secure as possible? I will spend as much time as necessary to discuss all the details with you to ensure an enjoyable time with your furry babies.

The pet services I offer include: -House Sitting for overnight care -Drop-In Visits where I schedule a time to visit your home during the day to play and care for your furbabies -Dog Walks to allow the pups to enjoy the outdoors, explore, and enjoy a nice potty break House Sitting: When I watch your dog or cat while house sitting I always start by playing with my new friend as much as possible, or if they are shy, speak softly and don't make any sudden movements toward them to show that I can be trusted! This is crucial in the first days while your pup or kitty adjusts to having me in their home. I am very sensitive towards the feelings or anxiety of animals. If I sense any separation anxiety from your furry baby, my strategy is to shift your pet's focus, away from their anxiety, and more towards having fun with me- their new friend! Whether it is throwing around the ball or playing tug-of-war, play is a universal language that lets your dog know right away that I am a fun, safe person who can be trusted. If your kitty loves treats or enjoys catnip, I will make sure your purrrfect loved one is able to see me as a fun person to be around. Other than play, keeping a consistent daily schedule is another way to minimize stress. During our meet and greet, I will ask for your pets preferred feeding and walking schedule. While house sitting I will care for the entire home, not just the pet. If I am being trusted with living at your home, the least I can do is to respect your property and maintain the cleanliness and security that you would expect while you are home yourself. In order to help you minimize any nervousness while you are away, I will provide several updates with photos so you can enjoy your trip or vacation as much as possible. Drop-In Visit: Do you need a visit while you work late? Or need a visit a couple times a day while you are on vacation? Drop-In visits are perfect if your pet needs a scheduled check in while you are away! Every dog visit will include a short walk outside and bathroom break. During cat visits I can provide play and a clean litter box. During my meet and greet I will write down all the things I need to do during every visit. Every visit includes updates with photos and GPS tracked walks if we go outside! I will help make your furbaby’s time while you are away as enjoyable as possible! Dog Walks: It's time to get some exercise! Dog walks are ideal when you need a simple booking so that your pup can get their needed physical activity and go potty. Safety is always my highest priority. I never allow the furbabies to go up to other dogs, just to be sure there are no unexpected danger to your pups. We will stay on your approved area and route, and I always keep an eye on our surroundings. Walks also comes with GPS tracking so you can see the route and distance your furbaby got with me, as well as photos of all the fun your dog had!
