Luis saved the day for me! Someone canceled on me four hours before my flight out over Thanksgiving break and Luis was able to accommodate me and my dog on very short notice. It was my first time boarding my dog so I was a bit anxious. Luis was very kind and kept in constant contact with me over and sent me various updates throughout each day telling me how my dog was doing and sending me pictures of their walks and my dog hanging out at his home. It was very comforting! I would recommend Luis and would use his dog boarding services again in the future!
If you need anyone to take care of your best friend. Luis is the way to go. Was amazing with my dog. He was thoughtful, caring and has joy for this job. Great communication with me all the time as well. Which for me is very important.
