We are Lucy & Matt, a couple who both love dogs
We’ve taken care of dogs for a long time, from family and friends pets to new found dog friends. We have looked after young energetic dogs as well as elderly nervous dogs. We love dogs and will treat your dog as if they are our own.

Lucy and Matt took excellent care of Leon while we were away for 3 days. He stayed in their home and was clearly very well looked after and settled. They were very considerate during the heatwave, adjusting routines with early morning walks and making sure he was comfortable and not overexerted. Leon was kept well entertained throughout his stay, and we really appreciated the regular photo updates. He seemed happy and relaxed when we picked him up, which says it all. We would happily use Lucy and Matt again and would highly recommend them.

I have known Lucy & Matt for nearly three years now, and they are always my first choice when I need someone to take care of my dog. He adores and trusts them, as do I - and I know they will give him loads of attention, walks and love when I am away - they even send me daily photos to let me know he's fine, and I can't recommend them highly enough!
Lucy loves animals, and has always been absolutely wonderful with our dog Poppy. She is a very caring person, extremely reliable, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a pet sitter or dog walker.
My dogs were very happy with Lucy and Matt. They settled quickly and made it a home from home for them. They enjoyed stimulating walks and got lots of attention and love. We were kept up to date with how they were doing and responded quickly to anything we asked. We would definitely use them again.

Schedule
We are mainly around on weekends, and can spend the whole day with the dog(s). We are also happy to accommodate overnight stays if needed.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a small fenced garden, we don’t own any dogs of our own. We have hard flooring downstairs. The dog is welcome to sleep in our bedroom if they’d prefer.
A typical day
We have a park very near our house where we can walk your dog, or about a 10 minute walk away there is a woods where we can walk and explore lots of new smells!
