I have over six years of hands-on experience as a dog owner, raising and training my two Labradors from puppies. My journey with dogs began even earlier, caring for my husband’s family Labrador from the age of 18, including managing his medication and providing gentle care in his later years. Over time, I’ve looked after many friends’ and family members’ dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. Whether it’s training, exercise, playtime, or administering medication, I provide reliable and compassionate care tailored to each dog’s needs.

During the meet and greet I find out as much about your pet as possible so I can replicate the care as best I can. I want your pet to feel at ease & by offering a predictable routine, helps with this!

Lucy did a fantastic job of looking after Mabel, especially grateful as it was short notice. It’s so lovely to meet such a genuine nice person with an affinity for dogs. It was a pleasure to have her in the house and I had 100% confidence in her abilities and Mabel took to her straight away.
Lucy was AMAZING. I got lovely detailed updates on how my cat was doing, lots of photos, and kept in really good contact if there was anything she needed. My cat was also super content when I got home. Would 100% recommend!💖

Schedule
I have recently gone back into the world of education as a teaching assistant after a 1 year break (during this time I was a dog walker & pet sitter full time). My hours are 8:30-3:30 during the week, so I am available for morning & afternoon/evening pop-ins (with more availablity during half terms & summer holidays). I am available some weekends however I run a dog treat business that I take to pop-up markets so availability can sometimes be limited! Please get in contact & we can see if we can work out suitable timings for your pet’s needs!
