I work from home with the ability to have regular breaks. I go for a personal walk/ jog in the morning and the evening, which a dog would join me on. I wake up around 6am for work and I am in the house for the whole day.

I have a 3 bedroom house, where the dog would only have access to down stairs. There is a very large, fenced garden and local fields/ Malvern hills with exciting new walking experiences for the dogs to experience. I have been a dog owner for the last 15 years and after losing my best friend, getting another dog of my own doesn’t feel right but there is a part of my life missing without any love from dogs in it.

A typical day
I love to spend time offering dogs with new walks to enjoy and stimulating play activities throughout the day. I also enjoy continuing to implement and embed training which the dog is undertaking or has learnt. Spend time cuddling in front of the fire at the end of the day is my favourite part of the day.

I have hands-on experience providing attentive and reliable care for dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My responsibilities have included daily walks, feeding, administering medication, basic training reinforcement, and ensuring each dog’s safety and comfort. I’m confident in reading canine body language, handling high-energy dogs, and adapting to individual needs. Whether it’s a quick potty break or a long walk, I prioritize each dog’s well-being, routine, and happiness.

Lucy helped us out at very short notice and she did a great job. It was the first time our Aston had to stay with strangers so we were a bit apprehensive, but we had nothing to worry about. He had a very happy stay with plenty of walks and cuddles. It was very reassuring to get updates of a happy dog while we were on holiday. I would definitely recommend Lucy and will use her again.
