Hello / Bonjour / Woof! / Meow! My name is Lucy and I’ve been a life long dog lover and owner of three high energy (and very cheeky) Jack Russells for over 15 years. My previous professional experience is in dog handling and training in Vancouver and I have experience with a plethora of pups, from lovable labs to timid terriers, bouncing beagles and so many more 🐶. I have been an active sitter on Rover for 3 years, and have also volunteered in animal hospitals and shelters all over the world - UK, Thailand and New Zealand to name a few! I know your pets are part of the family and should be treated with the love and respect they deserve. I believe in matching my energy to whatever your pet needs so if it’s fun and stimulating play they love I can do that, or if they’re just looking for snuggles on the sofa I’m ready to snuggle away! Our Barb LOVED Lucy. We highly recommend her. She was attentive and empathetic towards our pup the entire time they were together. Lucy took her on many walks, actively played with her and of course, gave her all the cuddles. I got tons of photo and video updates too!
Lucy was wonderful from the first message all the way through to the end of her visit. I have a young puppy who is still learning the ropes as well as another dog who likes his quiet time and she handled them both wonderfully. I was nervous to leave them but she sent great updates and lots of very cute pictures. I highly recommend Lucy!
She was so nice! It was the first time to stay at home without me for my puppy, but he seemed to have so much fun with Lucy. Thanks for looking after him. I will defiantly ask her again :)
Lucy was amazing with my puppy Ebi!! Would recommend her to anyone. My puppy is extremely high energy and a total handful. Lucy was unfazed. She also taught Ebi a new command! Can’t say enough good things. She sent me pictures and videos throughout the day. I didn’t have to worry at all. Would 1000% use her again.

Prior to me sitting in your home I will ask a whole range of questions and take notes on your dogs every days lives so me entering their space isn’t a disruption but a positive experience. I will also adhere to any house rules and will have the utmost respect with your property and will leave you to come back to a clean and tidy home, with happy pets!
A typical day
I love to provide a comfortable and positive experience for your pets. For pooches, we will enjoy walks, playtime as well as lots of mental and physical stimulation throughout my stay! For the kitty’s, any indoor play with their favourite toys will be a fun activity for us both! As well as respecting their boundaries (I know each cat is different!) and giving love whenever possible.
