A happy Rover experience, the four day drop-in visits with Lucy went well looking after two cats, a update with pictures were sent to my phone every day which makes it reassuring and worry free. Pleased with everything, and will use Rover again when away.

I have known Lucy for as long as I can remember. She is extremely reliable and professional in a work environment. I have had her look after dogs of my family over the years and she has done an exceptional job each time. The most recent time was when she looked after my 4 month old puppy Bing. He is a French bulldog and being a puppy, quite difficult to look after. Lucy looked after him for 3 days while my parents were helping me move into university and there were no problems at all, I don't think Bing even noticed we were gone! She did everything perfectly and the whole experience was so positive. I would highly recommend Lucy if you ever need someone to look after your pet. She is so friendly and loves animals so much. I wouldn't choose anyone else.
