Cosy, loving home by park for pups
As well as having had my own beloved cavalier, I worked as a dog groomer for five years, and have also worked as a pet portrait artist and a dog walker (and even a gap year in a pet shop). I have had years of experience with a wide range of dog breeds (from puppies to seniors) and understand behaviours very well. I am very caring, calm, sensitive to every dog’s wants and needs, and will provide a home away from home for your beloved pet.

Lucy is the most caring, empathetic, kind and dog-loving person that you could hope to meet. I cannot recommend her more highly as someone to whom you can entrust your dog. She has a natural way with all animals, but particularly with dogs, who all love her. She has a lot of experience with them, and understands their needs and how to look after them. I can’t recommend her more highly.
I’ve known Lucy for over 20 years. Her passion, love and connection with animals is exceptional. Lucy looked after our 2 labradors on many occasions. From the outset she understood their different personalities and was aware and sensitive to all their needs. I had complete confidence that our dogs were happy and safe in her care. Lucy is punctual, reliable and trustworthy She was also very supportive to me when our dear dog left this world. I would recommend her without reservation to any pet owner.
Lucy is amazing with our dog Disco and he is so excited to see her every time. As an ex dog groomer she understands all types of dogs and their needs. Disco always gets long walks in her local park, sniffs around her secure garden and ends the day with cuddles on the sofa. I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough.

Schedule
I’m currently working from home five days a week. I can take regular breaks to let your dog into the garden or for a walk in the park at the end of the road.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a house with a secure patio, and additionally am very close to Victoria Park. The dog can sleep in a crate in the lounge, or loose, or in my bedroom - whatever they are used to. My partner, James, and pup, Zennor, are also here to provide extra love and cuddles!
Pets
A typical day
I work at home so can take your dog for regular breaks in the park at the end of the road, or for longer walks. We have a little outdoor space so your dog can be given free roam of indoors and outdoors if they’d like. I will chat to them, play with them, and treat them as though they were my own!
