***TRAINING AS A DOG BEHAVIOURIST*** ***FULLY INSURED*** ***ENHANCED DBS CHECK*** ***CANINE FIRST AID TRAINED*** I have always loved animals and as we couldn’t have a dog of our own when I was younger, I did dog walking and sitting for friends and neighbours. We got a puppy 18 months ago, and he has changed my life in so many ways. When we first got him he lacked confidence and could be shy with strangers, but through all the research I’ve done to try and help him live his best life, I've realised just how passionate I am about dogs and how much joy I get from being around them. 🐶🐾 I can offer walkies, drop-in visits and dog sitting in your home. I’m happy to stay overnight with your pup, however due to having a young daughter I can only do this for one night at a time. I'm also currently studying for a Level 6 Diploma in Clinical Canine Behaviour through the Canine Behaviour College. This course is the first of its kind as it's Ofqual-regulated and was developed by well-known veterinary behaviourist, Tom Mitchell. This means I have a good understanding of dog behaviour and body language and am learning new force free training games and solutions for problem behaviours. Happy to talk about how I can incorporate training into walks or dog sitting if this is of interest. Please get in touch with any requests or questions, and I'll do my best to help!

I’m committed to making sure your pets feel happy and relaxed with me and I’ll follow any instructions about their care that you would like to provide. Please give me as much information as possible about them - they're all individuals and I want to put your mind at ease that they’re being looked after as if they’re my own.

Lucy has been walking my dogs Reggie and and Peggy ,Peggy is very nervous meeting new people and she took to Lucy straight away . She’s a lovely lady with lots of patience, very reliable and the dogs love her . I wouldn’t know what to do without her at the moment as recovering from a knee replacement.
I hired Lucy to help me with dog walking, due to health issues i wasnt able to take my boy out for walks as often as he needs. Lucy was very professional from start to finish. She made sure that not only I was comfortable and happy with everything but that my doggo was also! Krypto took to her straight away! She is very friendly! Makes me feel much more at ease knowing I have her to help me. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thankyou Lucy!
Lucy looked after my 2 year old spaniel who can be anxious around new people but she really put him at ease early. She was very friendly and he absolutely loves her, will certainly be using again. He was also absolutely exhausted as she took a lot of time playing with him

Schedule
I work 4 days per week, but 3 of these are from home and I have a lot of flexibility with my workload. Happy to discuss how I can be flexible and move my schedule around to meet your needs.
