🌟Last minute bookings welcome! 🌟 Dogs have been part of my household for as long as I can remember, from Shi Tzu's to German Shepherds, I love them all! My real experience includes 7 years working at Whinney Hill Kennels in Northern Ireland where I fed, walked, groomed and cared for dogs who's parents were on holiday. 🌟 My responsibilities included solo and group walks of up to 10 dogs (along with another member of staff), managing dogs with behavioural issues, administering medications, feeding, ensuring the dogs and their kennels are kept clean and of course delivering a lot of TLC. 🌟 Whilst at Whinney Hill I learned how to work with dogs of all different temperaments and cater to their needs, making their experience away from home comfortable and full of love and fun. 🌈 Having just lost my beautiful 13 year old German Shepherd, Koda, I really miss having a dog around, which is why I’ve created this profile. I’m not quite ready to get another one of my own just yet, so this feels like the perfect way to get my dog fix! 🌟 Thanks for taking the time to read my profile, your dog will be safe, loved, and cared for with me, just as if they were my own 😊 Hope to hear from you soon! Safety, trust & environment
When out on walks, your pup’s safety will always come first — I’ll use both a slip lead and a clip lead to ensure they’re secure at all times. I also like to take the time to chat with you about your dog’s individual needs — whether they’re reactive around other dogs, people, children (or even squirrels!), or if they’re sensitive to certain treats, loud noises, or being petted. I truly understand that every dog is unique and requires care that suits their personality. I believe an initial meeting is important so we can build trust and start a positive relationship. Above all, my goal is for your pet to feel safe and comfortable with me, and for you to have complete peace of mind knowing your pup is in the best hands. Lucy was so kind and really looked after Maverick like he was her own. We got lots of updates as well as questions to ensure we were happy with what was happening. Lucy has a lovely home which she 'puppy proofed' for us! Amazing! 🥰
Lucy has been absolutely fantastic with Stanley. She’s incredibly friendly, trustworthy, and clearly has a natural way with dogs. From the start, she made both of us feel completely at ease. Her communication has been excellent – always keeping me updated and letting me know how the walks have gone, which I really appreciate. It’s such a comfort knowing Stanley is in such caring and capable hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful dog walker.

It’s the second time Lucy and Jill are looking after Zuko. They are very accommodating and helpful picking up Zuko from my place and taking a good care of him. Would absolutely recommend!

Schedule
As I work nights from Friday to Sunday, I’m available for pet care during the weekdays. My schedule is very flexible, and I can occasionally offer weekend daytime care as well. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
