I've helped walk people's dogs since I was teenager from neighbours to family friends. I have expernce walking smaller dogs like Bichon Frisé and French bulldogs as well as bigger more high energy dogs like labradors and collies. I am patient and understand dog body language well, I know that every dog is diffrent and will always listen to the owner about what they need. I have experence pet sitting gerbils and currently have two guinea pigs. I am confident handeling small animals and can pet sit smaller animals as well.

Lucy was amazing with Lola. She sent regular updates and Lola bonded really well with her. Im always really anxious leaving Lola for any period of time but I didn't worry the full time as I knew she was in safe hands. Would highly recommend and would be delighted to use Lucy again in the future.

Lucy looked after Blaze in our home for the day and was friendly and professional from the start, arranging a meet n greet beforehand. Blaze instantly took to her, which gave us real confidence that he would be happy and comfortable in her care. Throughout the day, Lucy kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which was very reassuring and allowed us to get on with our day knowing Blaze was being well looked after. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and wouldn't hesitate to book Lucy again. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring dog sitter.
Lola stayed over for 2 nights with Lucy. Being a diva, wasn't sure how she would behave. Lucy sent me daily updates and photos. Really well exercised and had a ball. Would highly recommend Lucy if you need dog boarding
Lucy was amazing with the house and both dogs - they seem super chilled out and didn't cause any trouble (or none that Lucy couldn't handle anyway). Polite, respectful and great updates - always kept in touch or let me know if there was anything up. Glad I booked with Lucy and I wouldn't think twice about doing so again :)

Schedule
I am a student in Glasgow I commute in. This means I'm happy to house sit for people outside my area so long as I can get a bus or train into Glasgow from your house. I am in uni Tuesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday morning so cant do drop ins or walks at those times.

Safety, trust & environment
When looking after animals in the owners home I will make sure to follow all instructions given and do whatever I can to make the animal feel comfortable. I appreciate all animals are diffrent and some may like sticking to a routine and may be nervous when their owner is away while others enjoy the change of routine. I am able to look after animals in my home however I have a pet guinea pig therfore I can't look after your dog if they have a high prey drive. I am happy to do meet ups before hand if youre unsure about this. I know that it is impossible to know everything about animals so I will always take the lead from you and follow any instructions given. It is always best to do things the dog is familiar with so I will use any equitment and/ or traning methods you prefer. I would always prefer to meet you and the animal before booking to discuss things more in person and ensure me and the animal get along.
A typical day
I love to play games with dogs and get them exercising their brains. I love going for long walks, exploring new areas and being in nature especially parks and forests. I think its good for dogs to get the opportunity to run around wether that's off the lead or on a long line. I am a student and my partner works from home so when it comes to boarding and day care there will likely always be one of us at home.
