Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, medication (if needed), or simply providing company, I’ll treat your pet and home with the same care and respect as my own. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates, so you can enjoy your time away knowing they’re in safe hands.

Lucy accepted looking after our cats assuring that she had done this before. When she got to the house, I explained everything regarding their care and management however despite this she left the cat’s poo on the litter matt uncleaned. The poor hygiene caused our cats to get ill and have diarrhea due to the faecal spread around the floor. I asked her to go by a specific cat food because the food was running low in the house. The food costed £5 however she demanded I give her £15. The shop was specifically chosen to facilitate her the most since it was on her way to our house. The visit was supposed to last 30 minutes however when she was there couldn’t help notice she was in a hurry, stating that if everything wasn’t done within the 30 minutes (such as providing food and water for the cats as well as cleaning up after them) she would leave anyway and do it later which is unacceptable and made us feel like she was only after the money instead of the love for the cats. We had booked her for three days and after going there for one day she cancelled last minute, leaving us in a terrible position since she knew we were on holiday and had no way of getting to them on time. She also refused to give of one of my cats probiotics even though he needed them. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with Rover. I put in a complaint and asked for a refund since she didn’t attend the full sit and they didn’t even help. I have had experiences with previous cat sitters which were further away and never had such an experience. I don't reccomend her to take care cats as her poor experience and not care.
Whilst I was away on holiday, Lucy was looking after my two dogs for almost two weeks and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Leaving my dogs is always stressful and I wouldn't leave them with just anyone so that's why Lucy was my first choice. She genuinely loves dogs. She is reliable, kind, trustworthy and responsible and she would care for wellbeing of any pet that was trusted in her care. I haven't had any issues, no silly questions, worries or emergency phone calls whilst I was away. Every time i spoke to Lucy on the phone/video call, my dogs looked happy and content. It put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my time away. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lucy to anyone looking for a dog walker/pet sitter. Any pet owner will be lucky to have her care for their animals

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide reliable pet care. I offer dog walks, drop-in visits and overnight house sitting, with availability throughout the week and weekends. I’ll always keep you updated and do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine and your schedule.
