Hi! I’m a huge dog lover and have been surrounded by dogs pretty much my whole life. I grew up with dogs and genuinely love getting to know all their different personalities — whether they’re a tiny lap dog who wants cuddles all day, a big energetic goofball who could walk for hours, or somewhere in between! I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, so I’m very comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels and routines. I also spent a year working as a Veterinary Care Assistant in a vet clinic, which gave me lots of hands-on experience caring for and handling dogs in a professional environment. It taught me how to keep dogs safe and comfortable, read their behaviour and body language, and spot when something might not be quite right — experience that definitely comes in handy when pet sitting! My partner, Lucas, is also a big dog lover. He grew up with multiple family dogs and has plenty of experience looking after them too. We make a great team, which also means double the attention, walks and cuddles! We’ve completed several pet sits together while travelling, including looking after three Dachshunds for two weeks and a Poodle cross for three weeks. We absolutely loved it! We stayed in their homes and kept everything as normal as possible for them — walks, feeding, playtime, routines and, of course, lots of attention. We know every dog has their own little quirks and preferences, and that’s part of what we love about looking after them. We’re happy to continue any training you’re working on, follow feeding and walking schedules, and learn all the little things that make your dog happy and comfortable. We live in a lovely flat in East London with easy access to parks and great walking routes, so there are plenty of opportunities for adventures and fresh air. Equally, if your dog’s idea of a perfect day is a gentle stroll followed by a long snooze on the sofa, we’re very happy with that too! Most importantly, we know how much trust goes into leaving your dog with someone else. We want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being cared for by two people who genuinely adore dogs. We’ll treat them like one of our own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention and fun while they’re with us. 🐾

We honestly can’t recommend Lucy & Lucas enough. Bobbie had the best time - we were kept up to date with messages & pictures and we had a very happy puppy back. We’ve already booked in for some more doggy day care with them ☺️ thank you guys 🩷 xx
Lucy and Lucas took great care of Jolene. Great communication and they were happy to meet up before my booking so I could get to know them a bit more. Jolene was so excited to see them the second day they had her so I know she felt comfortable with them and I got updates throughout the day. Would definitely recommend
Lucy and Lucas are the loveliest people you could ask for to look after your dog - they took brilliant care of her, even when she was ill, and treated her like a member of their own family. She was spoiled with runs in the park, a seat on the sofa and loads of pats – it was massively reassuring to know that Stevie was so happily settled with them while we were away. Thank you both so much!
Lucy took care of our dogs while we were on holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our dogs. She’s was attentive, loving and it’s clear she has a genuine passion for animals. She kept to their routine, took them for plenty of walks and gave us regular updates so we knew they were well looked after. We came home to happy, healthy and relaxed dogs and will definitely use her again in future! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter.
Lucy looked after my dog while I was away, and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. From the start, she was reliable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my dog felt comfortable and happy. She kept to our usual routine, made sure my dog got plenty of walks, playtime, and attention, and treated them as if they were her own. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my dog was in such caring hands. Lucy kept me updated throughout the stay, and when I returned, my dog was relaxed, content, and clearly well looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and caring dog sitter, and I'd happily ask her to look after my dog again.

Schedule
I work from home 3 days per week, and do not work weekends. I have a flexible office schedule so when caring for your pet there will always be someone at home (either myself, or my partner). I would ensure regular walks and toilet breaks, and plenty of cuddles☺️

Safety, trust & environment
We have a spacious 1 bedroom apartment, the building has access to a lift so your pet would not need to manage flights of stairs. We have plenty of walks and green spaces for your pet to enjoy. When your pet is staying with us they will be loved and cared for as if they were our own with lots of love and attention. They are welcome to sit with us on the sofa for cuddles. Your pets comfort and safety is always the priority.
A typical day
When your dog boards or spends the day with us, they become a true part of our family! Your pup will get plenty of fresh air and exercise exploring new parks, trails, and paths. We love giving dogs the chance to sniff out new places and experience the world around them. Once we're back inside we will offer endless couch cuddles.
