I currently work and volunteer during the week, but I have many free afternoons and flexible time available to dedicate to pet care. This allows me to reliably visit, feed, and spend quality time with cats, ensuring they’re well cared for and comfortable while their owners are away.

I keep things simple and stick to the cat’s usual routine. I make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, and can go outside if that’s what they’re used to. I spend time playing with them and giving them attention, and in the evenings I’m happy to just sit with them so they feel relaxed and not alone.

I’ve grown up around cats and have always taken an active role in their care. Whether it’s looking after our family pets day-to-day or caring for relatives’ cats while they’re away, I’m experienced in feeding, grooming, and making sure they’re comfortable and well looked after.

Lucy has looked after our cat Teddy and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lucy for anyone else wanting their pets cared for. We left instructions for feeding as well as evening and morning routines which were all carried out well. We also received updates about Teddy and pictures!, he was very happy and content! Good communication throughout and even tidied and removed the mail from the front door! Happily recommend and use Lucy's services again in the future!
Lucy is a good choice to look after your cat whilst you are away as she is used to living with cats and adapting to their ever changing moods and needs. She is fun but takes responsibility very seriously and would follow any instructions left for each individual pet thoroughly. You can trust her to be respectful of your home and dedicated to make sure your cat is fully cared for and doesn’t miss you too much by following any routines in place & keeping them company.
