Coco is getting up there in years. He's blind, hard of hearing, and needs daily ear medication, so finding someone we trusted to care for him while we were traveling internationally wasn't easy. Lucy turned out to be exactly who we were hoping for. She was calm and patient with him, let him move at his own pace, and made sure he always felt safe even though he can't see or hear her coming. She also stayed right on top of his ear medication, which gave us huge peace of mind while we were so far from home. What stood out most was how tuned in she was to how Coco was feeling each day. Her check-ins kept us in the loop. Coco came home calm, content, and clearly well loved. If you have a senior or special-needs dog who needs a gentle, patient caregiver, Lucy is the person to call. Coco and our whole family are grateful for her.

Lucy was the kindest, most reliable pet-sitter we could have asked for. From the very first meet-and-greet, it was clear she genuinely loves animals, and our dog, DD, warmed up to her right away. She took the time to go over every care instruction we left and followed them carefully, from DD's feeding schedule to her walks, medication, favorite snacks, and bedtime routine. While we were away, Lucy kept us updated with regular messages and photos, so we never had to worry about how DD was doing. Lucy is warm, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Lucy helped walk my dog on a hike we went on together, and I really appreciated having her along! My dog has lots of energy, and Lucy was happy to run with her for parts of the hike.
