Lucy was brilliant with our rather grumpy and very old cat. Lucy’s communication was great - she sent lots of photos and messaged us too. I have not felt comfortable with leaving our cat before due to his age and temperament but Lucy set us at ease. I hope to book her more often now we can go away in confidence that Mungo will be brilliantly looked after. Thanks so much Lucy xx

Lucy provided fantastic day care for our dog while we enjoyed some of the amazing family activities in the area. She was flexible and quick to respond to all messages while planning and clear and transparent in all aspects of the sitting. When a road closure delayed our collection at the end of a long day Lucy even offered to drive and meet up elsewhere to return our dog and save us some journey time! Couldn't ask for more! Would happily recommend and use again.

Really lovely experience thank you. My 5 month old Sprollie had such a lovely time and a great stay with Iwan. Lucy was very flexible and accommodating, and had very clear communication prior to the stay. Whilst she was unavailable, her partner kindly offered to help which k agreed to and luca loved it. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again when I’m back in the area.

Lucy was a lovely host to Bailey. She was so kind and sent me such lovely pictures during her stay, which reassured this doggy dad a lot. Bailey and I would recommend Lucy 100%.

Lucy was an absolutely excellent dog sitter near Betws Y Coed who accepted my request for dog sitting at relatively short notice. She was very responsive through the Rover App when I got in touch and took the time to fully understand the needs of my pet. When I arrived, she was very reassuring and took the time to introduce me to her dog Dotty, and show me her lovely home which was very comfortable and pet friendly. She gave me several updates throughout the day on how my dog was getting on and I when I collected her it was clear that she’d had a lovely day. Excellent first experience for me using Rover and I’d absolutely leave Ripley with Lucy again.
