Lucy definitely saved the day for us! Our normal dog sitter had a family emergency and was not able to care for them & Lucy took them as a same day booking so we could make it out of town for our daughter’s wedding. Given that our 3 senior dogs have never stood outside of our home without us, Lucy put our mind at ease and kept us informed everyday with photos and updates. We were so grateful that they did so well in Lucy’s care!
Lucy is absolutely amazing! From our very first meet-and-greet, she was incredibly organized and professional. Her communication is lightning-fast, and she kept us completely at ease with daily updates, photos, and even helpful reminder notes. She is so friendly, and our dog came home incredibly happy!
