Your Furry Friend’s New Friend!
I have loved animals since I was a little kid, and I grew up surrounded by animals including a cat, two dogs, and a rabbit. As a teen, I was also a junior zookeeper for several years at my local wildlife refuge, helping to care for animals that couldn’t be released into the wild and also educating visitors on the importance of these animals and their natural habitats. For the last 10 years, I have had the pleasure of being the guardian of a sassy little tabby named Moon. I have also had the pleasure to housesit for some other furry friends when their humans were out of town.

I am committed to making sure that your furry family members are safe and well cared for while they are with me. Please communicate any known issues to me (things your pet likes to chew that they shouldn’t, medications they take, behavior issues, for instance) and in turn I will do my absolute best to keep them safe and report any possible issues immediately.

Our dog Bernie is fairly timid, but Lucy brings such warmth and ease that leaves our boy feeling comfortable and content. We're really grateful to her!
Lucy was an outstanding pet sitter for our dog Willow during our trip out of town. She stayed at our house the entire time and took excellent care of Willow, making sure she received her medicine on schedule, got plenty of walks and playtime, and received lots of attention and affection. Lucy was very responsive throughout the stay, quickly replying to our check-in messages and sending regular photo updates that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She also left the house spotless and tidy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily book Lucy again.
Lucy was incredibly communicative, kind-hearted, and we felt really comfortable knowing she was taking great care of our Bernie!
Lucy was so great! We had a last-minute request that she was able to accommodate, she was great at communicating and sent us cute pics of our pup Capri, and Capri loved her! Would definitely book again (:
Lucy had been my go-to cat and house sitter for many years. She's very reliable and sends regular photo updates while I'm gone. Before I started having Lucy sit for me, the cats used to give me the cold shoulder for days when I came back from out of town. Now, they're always happy and healthy and behave like they would any other day. They don't even miss me because they're getting plenty of attention. I'm not 100% certain of this, but I feel like when I get back home my house is even cleaner than I left it. Highly recommend Lucy's services!
I highly recommend Lucy as a pet sitter. Lucy has cat sat my dear senior kitty Clyde quite a few times and always has been a delight. My cat, like most, is relatively low maintenance requiring love, food, and water which were all abundantly supplied by Lucy. She usually sends a pic or two of them hanging out too, keeping us in loop if anything comes up. She’s very attentive, a natural care giver, and it’s easy to see she’s an animal lover. When recent health problems arose, and we still needed to leave town, Lucy was able to watch Clyde and accommodate all his extra needs like accurately and timely giving him a 3x a day liquid medication and also a daily pill. She also kept us up-to-date on his condition via text, as always but was especially caring for him while he was sick. Can’t recommend her enough, your pet will be in good hands.

Dates de la garde
Currently have a pretty flexible schedule as long as I know a few days in advance what’s up 😊 Which is why I unfortunately can’t take same day bookings. At this time, I am unable to accommodate overnight housesitting requests where a pet cannot be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time.
