Hi! My name is Lucy, and I’ve had a love for animals for as long as I can remember. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, giving belly rubs, or simply keeping them company, I love making sure every pet feels happy, safe, and loved while their family is away. I’ve been dog sitting since I was a kid, caring for the pets of neighbors, friends, and family. Throughout the years, I’ve become known as the calm, patient, and caring person that both pets and their owners can rely on. Whether your dog is energetic and playful, shy and anxious, or a senior who needs extra attention, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m deeply committed to education, and that dedication has helped me develop strong responsibility, organization, and communication skills. Adding on to that, I also have experience as a summer camp counselor which has taught me how to be attentive, extremely adaptable, and compassionate while meeting each individual’s unique needs. Communication is one of my highest priorities. I know how reassuring it is to know your furry family member is happy and doing well while you’re away, so I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and messages to keep you connected and give you peace of mind. Lucy was absolutely amazing with our dog, Sunny! From the moment we dropped her off, she made Sunny feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. She was incredibly communicative, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire stay. Lucy kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that Sunny was happy, well cared for, and receiving lots of love and attention. I’m currently continuing my education online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to care for pets throughout the day. I don’t have much conflict on a weekly basis and will be able to direct more attention to your beloved pets.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have one friendly small dog at home, and if your pet is more comfortable having their own space, I have a the ability to safely separate them when needed. I also have the ability to crate your dog if that is part of their routine. My home also has a secure, medium-sized fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and I live in a neighborhood with great walking paths. I’ll always follow your pet’s routine and any instructions you provide to help them feel as comfortable and at home as possible.

A typical day
Every dog has their own idea of fun, and I love getting to know what makes each pup’s tail wag! Whether it’s neighborhood walks, games of fetch, tug-of-war, enrichment toys, plenty of playtime in the yard, or simply relaxing with lots of cuddles, I’ll make sure your dog stays happy and engaged. If you approve, I’m also happy to treat your pup to a pup cup, splash around with the hose on a warm Arizona day, or visit a local dog park if they’re social and enjoy making new friends. My goal is to make every visit feel like a fun adventure while sticking to the routine that helps your dog feel comfortable and safe.
