Lucy & William: Wags & Whiskers Pet Sitting
William grew up with a variety of cats and dogs - Labradoodles, poodles, Irish wolfhounds and Maine Coon cats to be precise - so he has a wealth of experience to draw on. Lucy has been a pet sitter ever since she moved to London in 2019 - so less experience but more enthusiasm as she always wanted a cat or dog growing up.

Bugsy seems very comfortable and happy with Lucy. Very easy to communicate and also sent pictures of updates on how was he doing, always looking very peaceful and relaxed. I'm grateful for having someone who has taken such a good care of him.
I highly recommend Lucy! She was great with my kitty, and my kitty loved her! She played with him, spoiled him and sent me pictures, videos and updates regularly. She was also kind enough to accommodate pick up and drop off changes around my schedule. I would book again with her in a heartbeat!
We’re so happy we found Lucy and Will to look after our cat! 🐾 They sent us daily pictures and videos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. When we came back, our boy was calm and clearly well-cared for. Although we’re not entirely sure if she’d be brave enough to accept our naughty boy again 😸, we would definitely rebook Lucy without hesitation if we ever need a cat sitter in the future!
I can’t thank Lucy and William enough, they took amazing care of my cat for me and were great at keeping me updated via photos and messages during her stay. They were also so kind to hold onto her for a few hours longer as I was unable to pick her up at the agreed time. Would recommend, and would love to have them look after Cici again in the future 💛
Lucy and William looked after Mia for a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided. It’s clear that they truly love animals and they were incredibly kind, attentive, and affectionate with her. Mia settled in really well and was clearly comfortable and happy throughout her stay. I've had the pleasure of using Lucy and Will's home boarding services on two occasions now, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention they provided for my cat, Louis. Each time, I came home to a happy, relaxed kitty—and it was clear he'd been well looked after. Lucy and Will are reliable, communicative, and clearly have a genuine love for animals. The updates and photos during my time away gave me real peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be booking again!

Schedule
We alternate sits as he works from home all week and I work from the office. Therefore he'll pet sit during the day and I'll take over in the evening. If he does need to go into his office, my office is dog friendly and full of people who love dogs and cuddles. In fact, we have a frequent visitor to our office called Rosie the cavapoo who zooms up and down the office to everyone's delight.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a bright airy apartment in a building 5 minutes walk from Clapham Station and right beside 2 parks. We can take dogs/cats out for frequent walks to burn some energy and get some good exercise and then they can come back and doze in our breezy apartment with lots of light and cuddles on demand.
A typical day
We'll make sure that any pets we take care of are well looked after - being fed on time, walked regularly and exercising them as much as they need.
