Loving boarders
Hi, we are a couple who live with our beautiful golden retriever called Nova. Nova loves other dogs but also is very laid back and doesn't bother playmates, but will love to play if they are up for it. We want to be pet sitters, as we have a big garden and space to look after other people's fur babies! We'd love more dogs, but we don't need any more, especially if we get to look after others! We adore dogs and would only ever provide the best care for them. We will give updates for you, as we appreciate it can be hard leaving your dog (we know from experience)! We now have a pool in our back garden, the dogs can't get in unassisted, but if it's a hot day or your dogs like a swim, we are more than happy to let them have a paddle/swim session with us assisting them. As we have our beautiful Nova to care for, we ask for all dogs to be up to date with vaccinations. It is also best for dogs who are aggressive or not a fan of other dogs to not be in our care , as we do not want to endanger our dogs or others. We do recommend booking a taster session, so we can both ensure that our dogs are happy before coming to stay for longer so we are all reassured! Thank you, Connor, Lucy and Nova x

Once again, we were able to travel back to our town's festival in Barcelona with complete peace of mind, knowing our 🐶Lily were safe and well looked after🙏❤️ Our pup loves Lucy and her family. She enjoyed a lot the company of their so sweet Golden Retriever, Nova🐾💞 for 10 days this time. Lucy send us regular updates and all we could see was a happy and trully spoilt pet ❤️ We are so grateful to have found this lovely 2nd home for our fur girl, it was the 3rd year that this overseas trip it's booked around Lucy's availability and our Lily defo enjoys her stays at Lucy's home! 🙏🐾💞
Our puppy Lily loves Lucy's😍 and her home, gets along wonderfully with her dog, Nova, a delightful pet. Her husband also loves dogs. They take our fur girl for walks daily and send us lovely updates throughout Lily's stay. We are so happy to have found Lucy to care for our Lily. As a Cockapoo, Lily has a lot of personality and can be grumpy at times, but Lucy has all the patience and kindness needed to make Lily feel safe and welcome. We've had Lily's staying in her home for weeks and she's never a single issue! 😊🙏🐾💕 We met Lucy through another petsitting app, and as a Rover sitter, it's a relief that Lucy decided to join the Rover community🙏 so now our Lily will have her feedbacks here! We always ask if Lucy is available before booking a holiday if Lily can't come with us; that's how much we trust her and recommend her! Lucy is a loving dog owner, she is compassionate and caring, and believes a home is not a home without a fury friend, her own mature retriever is placid, very chilled and laid back and welcomes all play mates into her pad. With a large back garden and beautiful walks on the doorstep Lucy’s home is every K9s holiday paradise. Lucy is a warm welcoming person excellent communicator and is respectful to the dogs, needs, timetables and lavishes them with plenty of love and attention.

I work from home, so am around all day for dogs. I like to fit onto the dogs routine to keep it familiar to their normal home life. On occasion I do need to nip out, not for long but dogs need to be able to be left without damaging my belongings. Every dog we look after we will treat like our own, and enjoy lots of cuddles and walks with.

I care for dogs in my home by letting them roam. I like to fit into their timings and normal schedule to keep it familiar to them. I let them feel comfortable and when they do I will give as much fuss as they want. They are walked twice and a day, and are fed according to owners instructions.
