Hello! I’m Lucy ! I have worked with animals since age 15. At age 15 I volunteered full time at my local ASPCA and ran an on-campus foster program at my boarding school. Also during high school, I worked at a kennel for roughly a year and a half. Here I learned a great deal about training, socializing, grooming, feeding, and other pet care. Additionally, I have also worked at a vet and learned a great deal about medical care and caring for elderly dogs. From this experience, I am comfortable administering medication and caring for dogs with special medical needs. also have 1.5 years experience working at a vet office. I have also pet sat for the last 8 years. Along with my professional experience, I have owned at least 2 dogs at a time since birth. Ranging from Pomeranians to St. Bernard’s- we’ve had all it! Additionally, I have fostered several pets, including grown dogs to full liters of puppies (and fostered failed with almost every single one 😂).

Lucy and Ed are the only reason I can leave town! It's a wonderful thing to know that my precious fur babies are being taken care of. They are so accommodating and make the drop off and pick up so easy. They know how much I miss my babies so I get several pics and updates throughout the day. Oh and I get all of the things I left like bowls and bones and what's left of their treats and food! 10/10! Love Lucy and Ed and am thankful for their kindness and compassion. Oh and they have a large fenced in yard! Sorry, I could go on and on...❤️❤️❤️
Lucy and Ed were great! She gave me daily updates including pictures of Keke & her interactions with Redmond. She was very accommodating and made sure that Keke was well cared for & got lots of attention. Lucy also made sure to ask appropriate questions regarding caring for Keke and followed the instructions that I provided to her. I would definitely utilize her in the future & recommend her to others.
Ed and Lucy are the only sitters we will ever use! They always provide the best care and attention to our babies. They are truly amazing people! So happy we found them! Highly recommend!

Schedule
My partner, Ed, and I currently work flexible hours, but full time. I am usually home by 4pm latest and he works a hybrid job.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard which allows for lots of play time and has plenty of room for fetch or zoomies! We are happy to accommodate whatever is needed to make your pet most comfortable. I do currently have a small dog, medium dog and cat, all who are very friendly. Our medium dog loves a friend to play with!
Pets
A typical day
For a typical day- we usually get up and feed around 8/9 AM after going outside. We are happy to do a morning walk if that is your pups schedule! We do playtime during the day and generally an evening walk before dinner around 5:30/6. We are happy to adjust feeding times to your pups usual schedule. Outside of that, we am willing to walk dogs around the neighborhood or transport them in my car to a local dog park or hiking trail! We also love playing with pups in our backyard.
