Pooch plods & sleepy snuggles!
Since I was young, I have always been surrounded by animals in the house. When I was four my grandad and dad brought me a puppy for my birthday (meggie - Westie) this beautiful dog is still alive today and I have never had a bestfriend like her! My dad also had to have professional working dogs, this meant I experienced a lot of relationships with all different types and sizes of dogs. It taught me how to train, love and care for animals in such an insightful way that I still uphold today. Not only did we have dogs but we had all sorts of animals. I currently live at home with my mum where we have two dogs. One is a staffy that we have had since a puppy from a breeder and one is a bichon that we adopted later on in his life at the age of six. By seeing both adoption and breading I believe it has given me the opportunity to understand why different dogs/animals need different things due to their upbringing. As well as providing me with the patience to learn about trauma and providing a safe space for animals.

At home both of my dogs are currently crate trained, however I do sneak them into bed with me for a cuddle occasionally! I am open to all routines and would keep this the same for your pets so that you don’t lose any trained routines.

Lovely, caring and tentative dog-sitter. We received lots of pictures and Winnie looked like she had a great time with Lucy-Anne. Always quick to respond and communication was 10/10.
Lucy took great car with my dog whilst I was away for the weekend, she kept us updated with the walks and it’s feeding schedule. My dog is always excited to see Lucy which relaxes me knowing that she is being well taken care of and in good hands. I could not recommend enough!
Looked after my dog for 2 days. Was absolutely brilliant, took great care in understanding what we needed and spent quality time with our dog. Walked for a really good time and kept us updated. Arrived home from our holiday to a very waggy tail!!
The dogs love Lucy, they sit waiting for her at the door. Lucy reads their behaviour really well and it’s great seeing how well they get on. Both dogs know who’s boss when she is with them and they enjoy their walks, suitably snoozing when they get back. Lucy manages feeding them very well, measuring out and they always get fresh water put down. The goldfish get a water top up and fed too

Schedule
I’m currently a university student, so I am home for the whole of summer and have plenty of time to come check on your pooches! Even when I’m back at university, I commute from home. This means I am about most of the time as uni is only two days a week for a few hours, allowing me the perfect flexibility to care for your gorgeous pets.
