Lucrecia was AMAZING. From the moment she arrived, I could tell my dog was in great hands. She’s professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. She followed all instructions perfectly, kept me updated, and made sure my dog was comfortable, happy, and well cared for the entire time. My dog warmed up to her immediately, which says a lot, and I came home to a calm, content pup. It’s such a relief finding someone you can fully trust with your fur baby, and Lucrecia is exactly that person. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, loving, and high-quality dog care. I will absolutely be booking her again!
I hate leaving anything negative in reviews so I’ll start with the positive. Lucrecia was very polite and my dogs seemed to like her from what I can tell. She watched my two dogs while I was out of town. One of my dogs is a bit harder to watch, she has a strict schedule that I made Lucrecia aware of. My dogs potty schedule was not stuck to (I have back door cameras that showed me this) and due to her schedule not being stuck to I came home to piss stains all over my couch. It honestly doesn’t even look like an attempt was made to clean the piss stains. I would’ve appreciated feedback that this issue was happening. Also my dogs profile says she can only be left alone 1-2 hours and she was left alone for 4+.
