From the moment they arrived immediate good bond.it was clear that she is knowledgeable and passionate about giving both cats and dogs the best care possible. She is super reliable, always on time, and accommodating. Considerately kept me updated with plenty of photos and videos throughout the stay. Gave great reassurance as the cat adapted to its new environment and was very attentive to their individual needs. Both dog and cat come home happy and contented, which says it all! I have a wonderful experience with Lucja. She did an amazing job taking care of my cat and puppy while I was away. She’s caring, reliable and obviously very loving of animals. Both my pets were taken care of and happy when I got back, which says a lot. I felt really comfortable knowing they were in her care and would absolutely trust her to pet sit for me again. Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule carefully and am flexible with timings, which allows me to provide consistent care, check-ins, walks and quality time depending on each pet’s needs and routine.

I care for pets by prioritising their safety, comfort and well-being at all times. I ensure they are in a secure environment, supervise them during play and remove anything that could be harmful. I follow any instructions provided by the pet owner and maintain a clean, calm space with access to fresh water, comfortable resting areas and appropriate stimulation. I also build trust by keeping to routines, providing attention and exercise suited to their needs, and keeping owners updated on their pet’s wellbeing. My approach is always adaptable to each pet’s individual needs, ensuring they feel safe, happy and well cared for.
