I've had the privilege of always having a dog in the house, since the day I was born. My parents are pet-lovers, and definitely passed that trait down to me. I've had experience with dogs from all ages, puppy to senior, and understand the level of dedication and attentiveness is requires to give pets the care they deserve. Not only do I have experience with caring for my own dogs, but I have pet-sitted and walked for my neighbors various pets (dogs & cats) since I was 10 years old. Taking care of pets is not just about doing the bare minimum such as feeding or walking. It is about realizing that these are members of someone's family and giving them that same love is part of the job!

Through my experience with my own dogs, I know how to both crate-train and potty-train if needed. I will always accompany your pet outside if there is a backyard present, so that they will always be looked after! I also know how to use most "tools" such as pet gates and crates.

Lucinda has watched my dogs on countless occasions and now I think they might love her more than my whole family. I have two dogs (40 lbs and 20 lbs) and they are VERY high energy and loud. Lucinda is great at calming them down, taking them on walks, and caring for them in general. I know from personal experience that she is reliable and very communicative. She takes the time to know what each dog needs and treats them like her own. You can also tell that she genuinely loves dogs and knows a lot about them! She has known my dogs for a very long time now and has even taught them both a few new tricks. Out of all of the sitters and walkers we've had for our dogs, I trust Lucinda the most BY FAR (and more than my own kids). She is just overall an incredible person and amazing dog walker and sitter!

Schedule
I'm currently a graduated high-school student preparing to start my first year at the University of Virginia in the fall! I have more availability throughout the day (morning and night) during the weekdays, but am also available Sunday mornings/afternoons.
