Pets have plenty of space to play, nap, and get all the attention they need. When I’m looking after pets in their own home, I always follow your routines closely, from feeding times to walks and cuddles, to keep everything consistent and stress free. I keep my home tidy, your pet happy, and send regular photo updates so you always know how things are going!

Please let me know about: • Any medical conditions, allergies, or medication routines • Feeding schedules and preferred treats • Behavioural notes (e.g., anxiety triggers, leash reactivity, or if they’re nervous around other pets) • Favourite activities or comfort items that help them feel at ease The more I know, the more I can make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and entertained! For dogs, that often means long walks through Battersea Park, strolls along the Thames, or playful games of fetch in open green spaces. For cats, I enjoy interactive play with toys, cozy cuddle sessions, and creating calm spots for them to relax and explore. Every pet has their own personality, so I always tailor activities to what they love most, whether that’s a lively adventure outdoors or quiet companionship at home. My goal is to make every day feel fun, safe, and full of affection.

Hoi! Ik ben Lucy, een echte dierenliefhebber met jarenlange ervaring in het verzorgen van zowel honden als katten van allerlei rassen, groottes en karakters. Ik vind dat huisdieren net zoveel liefde, geduld en aandacht verdienen als ieder ander gezinslid, en dat is precies wat ik bij elke boeking wil bieden. Of het nu gaat om lange wandelingen, lekker spelen, knuffelen of het aanhouden van de vaste routine van je huisdier: ik zorg ervoor dat jouw dier zich veilig, gelukkig en geliefd voelt wanneer jij er niet bent. Ik voel me op mijn gemak met allerlei soorten huisdieren, van energieke puppy’s tot oudere dieren die wat extra rust, aandacht of medicatie nodig hebben.

It was really easy to organise drop off and collection, with lots of flexibility. I was sent daily updates and photos to let me know that my puppy was happy and safe. He clearly had lots of walks and fun during the time he stayed with Lucille and I would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Unfortunately my puppy needed to see a Vet during the stay, but this was dealt with promptly and I was updated regularly which left me feeling reassured.
I cannot recommend Lucille highly enough! She is an absolutely wonderful, kind, and trustworthy cat sitter who went above and beyond while taking care of my two cats. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, clear, and friendly. She genuinely loves animals, and it shows in everything she does. During her visits, she made sure the cats were fed and their litter boxes were cleaned. She sent me regular updates, photos, and even noticed small details. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. It’s rare to find someone who is not only reliable and professional but also truly cares. I’m very grateful I found Lucille, and I will definitely book again. If you're looking for someone loving, attentive, and responsible to care for your furry family members, look no further!
Lucille was so lovely and good to Lily! She would update me with pictures every single day and let me know how she was doing which I really appreciated. She would ask questions to get to know Lily better and her routine which shows her attentiveness and care to the pets she looks after, would definitely recommend!
Lucille was fantastic at looking after our cat Hermes over the Christmas period can’t thank her enough! She kept us informed with photos and regular updates so happy our boy had some company this Christmas - couldn’t recommend her enough !! Thank you so much Lucille ❤️
