Most of my dog experience comes from caring for my own pup and the dogs of family and friends. Somewhere along the way, I became the unofficial dog sitter for my college friends who would impulsively adopt dogs between semesters. My childhood dog, Tyler, has since passed, but I still have plenty of love (and belly rubs) to give. I’ve cared for puppies, small dogs, big dogs, and even disabled dogs, and I always follow owner instructions to the letter. Above all, I just love animals and treat every dog like they’re my own.

Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m visiting your home, communication is key. I always check in with owners about any specific needs; diet, exercise, medication, crate time, you name it. As cliché as it sounds, I treat every pet like my own while following your instructions exactly. And if you’re feeling a little nervous about me being in your home, don’t worry; odds are I’m even more nervous about being in someone else’s.

Larry had a great stay with Lucy for 4th of July weekend. He always gets VERY sad when I leave, even if I leave him with immediate family. It was nice to have Tyler, Lucy's dog, around as they are same age and both enjoy playing with toys. Lucy was nice enough to lay with Larry the first night as he would not go upstairs and was extra sad the first night I was away. Good place to have a dog sat, gated community, seems there is usually someone around the house and if dogs are alone, it is only for a short time and they keep each other company. Would have Larry stay with Lucy again next time I am out of town!
I hired Luciana to dog sit my pup for a weekend while i was away on a family trip, she took really good care of my pup Lola. she played with her, made sure she was always okay and away from any harm, she even trained her how to sit ! I recommend Luciana as an excellent dog sitter.
Lucy dog sat my Maltese for two WHOLE weeks while I was in Mexico this past December. When I came to get my dog she even looked sad to leave her.

Schedule
I’m currently completing my M.A. online, and with a full time school schedule, it’s hard to find traditional work that fits around my classes. Pet care, however, works perfectly with my schedule.
