Luciana took very good care of our chihuahua. Luciana is very professional and friendly. She listened to our instructions very carefully and adhered to it. She took the dog out multiple times and fed him on time as requested. She gave very frequent updates and posted photos and videos of the dog having a happy time at her home. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend her and be a repeat customer as well

Luciana was fantastic! She came by on short notice to get acquainted with my two cats and my home before I had to leave unexpectedly for an emergency trip. Throughout my time away, she kept me updated on how my pets were doing and regularly sent photos, which gave me great peace of mind. Overall, I’m extremely happy with her care and professionalism, and I highly recommend her services.
She's ben taking care of my pets for about two years now I use her services pretty often and when i'm away for work she takes care of my cats and gives them nail trims for me. Pawsome service!!

Schedule
I work mostly from home as an Event Planner @Brillaeventplanners & Notary Public @Brillanotaryservices and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I do occasionally leave for short errands, workouts, or appointments (typically 1–3 hours), but I prioritize maintaining your pet’s routine and comfort.

Boarding: We live in a two-story home, with a fully fenced private backyard that the pups love. We use hypochlorous acid spray & dr. bronners soap to disinfect and clean. Cats litter is sustainably yours and scooped 3x a day. Air purifier by the cats litter. Stainless steel water fountain that the cats and dogs absolutely love. 3-liter anti bloat dog bowl for outside with a sprinkler. We provide our own leash & poop bags- *DOGS WALKED ON HARNESS ONLY-NO COLLARS* *Cats may ocassionaly get churu frozen treats during the summer *Dogs may get some as well or cut apples PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUD LIKE TO OPT OUT OF THIS OR IF YOUR PETS ARE CHICKEN SENSITIVE House sitting: During my visits, I prioritize safety: all doors are locked at all times, and I take great care to leave your home clean and untouched. I can also bring in packages and mail upon request. For overnight stays, *Apartments only* I provide my own food, bring my own sheet, blanket, pillow, and towel for added comfort. I may have one member of my family visit during this time. Dog walking: Harness only- no walks by collar. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, routines, and boundaries so they feel secure and cared for. I have experience with cats of all ages, including kittens, seniors, hospice kitties, and cats needing medication. For dogs, I’ve worked with different breeds, sizes, and temperaments through Heartland Animal Shelter. I have a fenced yard for dogs that'll enjoy supervised outdoor time (always safely monitored). Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, or simply a calm companion, I adapt to what makes them happiest.

A typical day
Every pet is different, so I tailor care to their personality and needs. A typical day may include playtime with favorite toys, enrichment activities, cuddles, and plenty of attention. For cats, I love interactive enrichment play and calm companionship, supervised outdoor time (if appropriate), and brushing. For dogs, walks and routine potty breaks are part of the day. Most importantly, your pet will receive patience, supervision, and lots of love ❤️
