I work from home! So my schedule is flexible for weekdays and weekends for both house sitting and drop-in visits. For house sitting, I aim to follow your pet’s usual routine, including meals, potty breaks, playtime, and daily walks, while planning my schedule around your pet’s needs. I may step out as needed, always ensuring your pet is comfortable and well cared for. For drop-in visits, availability varies by day, so I encourage you to send a request with what you’re looking for and we can confirm what works best. I provide a free meet and greet before your visit, so your pet can get to know me and I can get familiar with their specific routine, personality, and preferences!

I know how much care & attention I would want someone to give my furbaby when I'm gone, so I would want to do the same for yours! I will make sure they are hydrated, entertained, & well-fed. Whether it's walking your dog for a few miles on a trail or playing & cuddling with your cat, I will take care of your baby as I would to my own and make sure they are feeling happy, healthy, & loved! I will do my best & go out of my way to take special requests if your dog has areas that require special attention.

Depending on your dog's preferences, I love taking dogs on long walks on trails, playing fetch or tug-of-war with them, & taking them to the dog park to socialize. For cats, I believe it's really important to keep cats mentally stimulated with different games and toys! I also make sure to learn what your pet likes and will customize care accordingly- whether they love long walks, playing, or just hanging out and watching TV.

I've taken care of both my own pets & other people's pets since I was 8 years old. My love for animals led me to volunteer at several animal shelters where I would play with, walk, and feed dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. The last three years that I’ve lived in Austin, I’ve cared for friends’ pets as well as all the amazing clients on Rover. I have cared for dogs & cats with histories of abuse, so I am very attentive if your dog has special needs, needs extra time to warm up, or requires extra attention! I genuinely love spending time with animals so I will give your baby the care & attention they deserve while they are missing you!

Always love booking with Lu! This was my longest trip yet and she watched my cat for over 2 weeks. I was able to completely unplug and enjoy my trip knowing he was in great hands. I can’t recommend her enough!

From beginning to end of her five-day stay, Luciana was attentive and loving with our two high energy Aussies. They can be a handful, but she followed our instructions for how to manage their energy and keep them on a routine, she sent us cute photos and comments several times a day. Upon our return, the house was spotless and the dogs were calm and happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
Great experience! Our dogs were very well cared for and we received regular updates and photos which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again!
