Hello! I’m Lucia. I’m fairly new to Austin (though I lived here as a kid) and have been enjoying getting reacquainted with the city through neighborhood walks and time on the trails. As a pet owner, I understand the trust it takes to leave your animal with someone else, and I’m thoughtful about providing consistent, attentive care. I have experience with high-energy breeds, administering medication, and working with pets with anxiety or disabilities, and I pay close attention to each animal’s needs and personality. I’m currently home full-time and available for walks or drop-ins as needed. My schedule is flexible, and I can accommodate last-minute bookings, though I’m also hoping to build relationships with a few regular clients.

I treat every pet as my own and pay special attention to their individual needs. I am happy to provide frequent check ins for puppies/ kittens still potty training, take energetic dogs on longer walks/ runs and am also happy to just give some extra cuddles to older animals.
Ratings and reviews
Lucia was very thoughtful and kind, she did a great job walking and checking up on my dog max! He’s very old and has a lot of health issues, I usually have a hard time finding a willing sitter. Lucia met all of his needs with great care and attention. 5 stars and will definitely book again.
Over the years we've always dreaded kenneling our dog as it can be super stressful, exhausting and not all dogs play nice. Feel so lucky to have found Lucia as not only does our dog get to stay in her own home during the day, but we know she's getting plenty of exercise and love. The double bonus is that both our cats also like the extra attention and love it whenever Lucia visits. So great to know we have a go-to resource that our pets really enjoy. Don't hesitate.
We were so grateful to have Lucía care for our two Bernese mountain dogs this summer while we were away. Lucía was professional and communicative with us and great with the pups! She was accommodating of our many special instructions and went above and beyond in giving our dogs loving care. I highly recommend Lucía as a pet caregiver.
