I have an open, wide fenced backyard! Where we’ve taken measures to ensure the safety around the perimeter of the fence. I have a 1 year old half husky/German shepherd fur baby that would love to keep your furry family company and play with! I am extremely respectable of my client’s homes and property and treat it as an a rare place. All while I follow instructions for the upmost care for your fur loved one and make sure they feel right at home and I have them feel loved and safe in their own home.

Please let me know of any preferred and important methods of care, lifestyle actions and activities, also any special needs details. Attention to detail is important to me when it comes to their health, personality, discipline, life routine, and a typical day in their life at home with you! What is their likes, dislikes, triggers, fears, causes of happiness, health concerns and what is your preferred method of handling all of these with your furry family member. Tell me what a typical day is like for your fur baby! What is their quirks? What is their bedtime routine like? Do they stay in a crate while one is away and for sleeping time? Are they allowed on furniture at home? Also detailed instructions are appreciated via in a text or on paper!

If your pet would enjoy it and has the permission to do so, I love to go to the park as well and keep their minds mentally stimulated with some light training! Or also keep up with any training or trained behavior from home. It would be done with approved methods of safe, dog friendly food motivation or toy motivation, depending on their preference, and all the positive reinforcement! As well as little DIY dog puzzles like snuffle mats and muffin tin treat finding game as some examples! I love going on daily walks as well and have backyard playtime 2-4x a day. I enjoy sending pictures and videos of your furry family member during their time with me! I go in with the care mentality of what caretaker experience I’d love for my Mishka to have and treat your pets as my own. And of course all of the cuddles! Let me know exactly what your baby loves to do in their day to day and I’ll make sure to stay true to that!

I’ve taken care of cats and dogs personally for most of my life. I’ve helped care for pets of friends and family who have depended on my care, attention and empathy for their animal loved ones. Attention to detail is important to me and I know the value of that when it comes to the care of each individual animal. I love to exercise so dog walks are a personal favorite! I also very much enjoy volunteering for cat care at Petsmart. I love to help and bring joy both to humans and animals alike. I’ve worked in a pet resort and learned the importance of top tier care and love to furry loved ones. I learned through the experience of checking in furry family members into the pet resort, the detail of their care, life routine, behaviors, medication scheduling and basic safety protocol for pets boarding and being with us for the day for daycare. I am currently a stay at home dog mom while I’m studying to become a teacher! My schedule mostly revolves around my life at home.

Lucia was SO GOOD with our 2 dogs! this was our first time using a service like Rover, as our dogs are used to getting boarded. So we were super weary about it but they took to her immediately and everything seemed to go perfectly! she provided pics & detailed notes of each visit which was so appreciated! cant wait to have her back for our fur babies soon! i cant recommend her enough?
Lucia did a great job with our dogs. She took the extra time, patience and care needed to give our very nervous pup her medicine. We will definitely use her again.
