Waited 2+ hours outside to get my dog. Had no idea if he had water, if he was ok, etc. Only to find out her little brother, who seemed truly unwell and not taken care of, was “watching” them, but was asleep all day. Bait and switch! She said she was at church, he said she was at work. She’s taking your money and leaving her irresponsible brother to watch your loved ones. Also, said she took him on a walk and sent a picture of him on his leash, but he wears a smart collar to track those things and zero walk was recorded. How sad, to put a leash on him just for a picture and a lie? I cried so much, thinking about how horrible of a situation my baby was in at this unkempt house. Please never trust this woman with your dogs. The emotional distress and lies aren’t worth it.

Lucia was attentive and communicative with me the whole time. She went above and beyond with our doggies. Definitely coming back to her! thank you Lucia!
