as a former dog and cat owner ive had the pleasure of taking care of fur babies for many many years. although im not able to have a pet of my own due to where i live, my 9-5 provides me a lot of flexibility for night and weekend opportunities. ive also house- and dog-sitted many times for family and friends. I have also owned and often house sit elderly and disabled pets.

i always try to make pets as comfortable as possible and play around with them as much as I can. when i lived in a home that allowed pets, i made it a point to play with them everyday and pay attention to their needs in case they need to change their diet or seem sick/ out of the ordinary

To Whom It May Concern, I've known Lucia for about two years, and we've become great friends while working together. One thing I've always admired about her is how caring and dependable she is, especially when it comes to animals. I've trusted Lucia to watch my pets on several occasions, whether I was out of town for a weekend, on a longer trip, or just working late and needed someone to check in on them. She has cared for my kitten, Loki, my cat Pumpkin, and my two senior dogs, Spooky and Mini, and I've always had complete peace of mind knowing they were with her. She takes the time to make sure they're fed, comfortable, and getting the attention they need, and I can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with them. I also know Lucia has been pet sitting for family and friends for over 15 years, including overnight stays and drop-in visits. She's responsible, communicative, and treats every pet like they're her own. I would trust Lucia with my pets anytime, and I know she'd be an amazing pet sitter for anyone on Rover. Schedule
I work full time from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday thru Friday, so I have most of my evenings free as well as weekends.
