Hey there! I’m Lucas, an NYC native and recent college graduate. I’ve grown up with my dog, Emily, a small jack russell terrier/ maltese mix my whole life. I’ve been working as a dog walker, dog sitter, and cat sitter for over four years now, which has given me plenty of experience caring for pets with all kinds of different personalities. I understand what it’s like to have an energetic pup, and I’m prepared for any challenges I may face while taking the best care for your dog. I’m looking forward to meet all of your adorable four legged friends!

I want to make sure you feel comfortable leaving your pet in my care, so I would love to talk with you and find out what they need, and what you need from me. I’m familiar with pets who are escapists and anxious dogs, coming from someone who has a small anxious dog, but I’m used to playful and low-energy dogs alike.

Lucas has been great at handling our large and energetic dog. Lucas follows our instructions perfectly, and provides photos and a thorough recap of their time together. I really appreciate Lucas' care for our dog and look forward to more walks together for them.
Lucas was great! My shelter dog is super reactive and has trouble with strangers due to previous negative experiences, but Lucas was confident and patient with him. Lucas also made great recommendations for making walks easier. Would definitely suggest!

As I look for more permanent employment as a recent college grad, my schedule is very flexible for walks or for house sitting as needed!
