A typical day
In the mornings, I start the day with a balanced feeding routine, paired with a fun physical activity to energize and engage the pets. This could be playtime with toys or some exercise that brings them joy. After breakfast and play, I allow the pets to rest and relax. Around 10 a.m., I incorporate mental stimulation activities, which coincide with my babies’ nap time. During this quiet period, I’m available to take the dogs for a walk or let them enjoy some fresh air and playtime in the garden. From late morning to early afternoon, we continue our outdoor activities. Later in the afternoon, we transition to more indoor play to keep them comfortable and content. I ensure bathroom breaks outside about 4 to 6 times throughout the day, helping them maintain their routine and stay happy and relaxed.

Our dog instantly felt at ease and was happily running around the garden, which was a clear sign of how comfortable and safe he felt. Throughout Milo's stay, Lucas kept us updated twice daily with photos and messages. In every update, Milo looked happy, relaxed, and content, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that he was receiving excellent care and attention. Lucas was also incredibly attentive to detail and took the time to understand Milo's needs. He even shared some helpful recommendations and insights that my wife and I can use to support Milo with a few things we've been working through. We are so grateful for the care Lucas provided and would not hesitate to book with him again.

I felt that Elsa was well looked after by Lucas. She certainly seemed to have enjoyed playing with his dog, Phoebe, and with the other dogs in his care. I appreciated the 7 photos of her stay - it was reassuring to see that she was enjoying her first visit with him. She will definitely be staying again.
Lucas was kind, calm and welcoming when we arrived with Tilly. His reassuring manner and confidence helped us with leaving her in a new environment. He sent us regular updates, photos and videos too during her stay- she clearly had a great time.
