Left a door unlocked and explicitly told Lucas that the door does not work. He left the door unlocked and open while we were hundreds of miles away. He dumped cat waste on my trash can and left it there. I asked him to please place trash litter outside and he never did. I cried when I came home due to my cat hiding and continual crying. There are many other things that I am upset about and can't understand why he never read the simple instructions. I would be scared a pet could die in this type of care. I left a cash too and would love the cash delivered to me because I thought he would be good.

Lucas did an excellent job! He was attentive to the instructions I left.

I am super greatful with Lucas for his great job of taking care of Beto for five days!. Five starts for him. On time and easy going 😌

Lucas was great with our 12-year old, feisty girl! He took great care of Janis while we were away for 10 days. He communicated well, and was a pleasure to work with. Lucas was the right fit and we could not ask for a better sitter/walker. Never missed a scheduled walk. When we came back our girl was happy and relaxed. Lucas will now be our go-to for when we need a sitter/walker.
