Lucan demonstrated exceptional skill in caring for all our animals. We requested him to house-sit for a week and attend to our dogs, cats, ravens, crows, a skunk, and various other animals. He was brilliant ,not only in maintaining consistent communication and providing frequent updates but also in effectively managing multiple animals with demanding needs and daily enrichment requirements. During a bird emergency, he remained calm, quickly resolved the issue, and kept us informed throughout. We returned to a clean, happy, and excited group of animals who clearly hadn't missed us too much 😂 Would not hesitate to use him again.

You will struggle to find a more trustworthy, animal-loving person than Lucan. All of my animals adore him, and he has experience caring for many species ranging from dogs, cats, rabbits, and reptiles to exotics such as skunks, owls, and kookaburras, to name but a few! Lucan is also trained in animal first aid, providing immense peace of mind that he can handle any unexpected medical situations with calm, professional care. Beyond his technical skills, he possesses a rare, intuitive understanding of animal behaviour. He is incredibly attentive to their individual needs, routines, and well-being. Lucan is highly reliable, professional, and respectful of the homes he sits for. I never have a moment of doubt when my pets are in his hands, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
