I am retired and have a very flexible schedule. I’m able to give plenty of personal time and attention to your fur babies and will be able to attend to them in whatever way they need. I can administer meds, care for elderly / low-mobility dogs, and give other special care that may be needed. My goal is always to make your babies feel loved and cared for until you return.

I will follow your directions when in your home and will take care of your fur baby however you request. Routines are important, and I will aim to maintain their regular schedule as much as possible. If boarding in my home, I have a fenced yard and will not leave them outside unattended (unless they want to hang out there). They will receive attention, cuddles, play and exercise throughout the day. I have a quiet home where they can relax and enjoy their time at “Camp Lu” :) At this time, I can only board small/medium size pups that are low energy and are okay with co-existing with 2 low energy, older, non-aggressive, passive cats.

I would like to know any specifics about your dog - likes, dislikes, allergies, etc. Every dog is different and needs to be treated accordingly.
A typical day
I think it is important to stimulate the dogs intellectually and physically. Multiple walks and/playtime will be provided, where they can get the appropriate amount of exercise needed. I want their experience to feel like “camp” and for them to feel loved and spoiled. A balance of play, cuddles and naps.

I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. I started my own pet-sitting business years ago and loved it. I have a true passion for all animals- domestic and wildlife. I have been helping take care of my family and friend’s animals for decades and it is always my goal to do whatever the humans asks to ensure the most comfortable experience for their fur babies while they are away. Including playtime, cuddles, feeding, treats, etc. I treat every fur baby as I would my own. They are ALL precious and deserve to be loved and treated as the special souls that they are. I am reliable and responsible and would love the opportunity to care for your sweet fur baby while you are away.

Lu was amazing! She took such good care of my pups while I was out of town. She gave meds, fed them, played with them and gave them lots of love. I appreciated her regular updates and pics she sent of my pups, they loved spending time with her! She definitely brought peace of mind knowing my pups were in such good hands.
Lu is the absolute perfect pet sitter! She does so much more than the basics - she genuinely loves the furry ones like her own and spends time playing, connecting, and hanging out with them. She is also dependable and has good attention to detail with pets with health issues. We don't worry for a moment when our babies are in her care! In fact, our pets don't seem to miss us when we return home after being cared for by Lu. We highly recommend her!
Lu is an amazing dog sitter. She cares deeply for all pets in her care. She is attentive to their needs and learns about each individual animal. She follows our instructions on feeding, exercise, toys, and treats. Lu is a responsible sitter and we have left our dog(s) with her many times. Our current dog Tuck, absolutely loves her!! Lu will send us pictures of our dear little one if we start missing them too much! Nothing better to actually see your dog playing and happy. You will find Lu to be a favorite among your clients.
